Advice for Trail Runners: The Endorphin Trail joins the Saucony Endorphin family and brings Speedroll technology and superfoam cushioning to the trail running market!

In the distinctive Cool Mint/Acid colourway, the Endorphin Trail features a PWRRUN PB midsole foam which is a Pebax and TPU blend, making it extremely lightweight and springy. Perfect for fast running, this midsole material is 40% lighter and 88% more energy returning than PWRRUN+, Saucony’s other premium midsole material. The responsiveness of this foam will have you flying over the trails!

Saucony’s rocker-like technology, called SpeedRoll, combines curved geometry with a relatively stiff forefoot to help you pick up speed and turnover. It helps by lifting the heels up and pushing the hips forward as you move through the gait cycle to create forward momentum. This effect improves your ability to run faster for longer as your muscles and tendons won’t fatigue as quickly, and is particularly beneficial in an off-road setting and over long distances.

Durability is enhanced by a net mesh wrapped around the midsole foam, while a quick-fit trail sleeve enhances protection and prevents any debris from entering the top of the shoe.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
